INTRODUCTION
You are already very good in what you are doing. So, now what? Change happens around you all the time. Things are becoming increasingly complex. The pressure is on you to come up with new ideas and new ways. Innovation is the number one contributor to growth.
How do you find new ideas, new ways; how to be innovative?
A different aproach! Thinking differently!
Responding to change and a need to innovate require an approach that goes beyond conventionalist thinking: Transverse Thinking or T2 for short, or Tsquare.
|
WHAT WILL THIS RETREAT DO FOR YOU?
If we continue to think the way we always do, we would not come up with anything new, would we?
Leaders usually break rules of traditional thinking; fearlessly challenging conventional wisdom, unthinking and rethinking ideas and solutions.
We call it Transverse Thinking which is the opposite of Conventional Thinking.
We don’t intend to turn you into revolutionaries. We want to lead you to make a difference, to have the courage to move forward and do things in a new and better way.
Transverse Thinkers question answers beyond existing templates, patterns of action, and established systems of belief.
If you would exercise Tsquare right now in your own environment you may be considered an obstructionist, neurotic, eccentric, provocative and a lot of other things; it may cause shaking of heads, astonishment or even fear.
That is why we invite you to come to the Retreat in Antigua; a different environment and joining a group of people who share the anxiety to discover a new vision.
The aim is to approach things with openmindedness and panoramic thoughts, even handle situations that fall outside your area of expertise. Amaze people back in your own environment with new and unique ideas. Expand your scope of influence, increase productivity, and gain a competive edge. Anticipate problems before they occur and solve them either way with no sweat.
Transverse Thinking should become your natural practical thinking skill.

sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?"
and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?"
and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?"
and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.
