REGISTRATION FEE

Registration fee December 2007 Retreat = US$ 3,200 p.p. *
Registration fee all 2008 Retreats = US$ 3,500 p.p. *
Payments made more than 45 days before the beginning of the event are eligible for a $ 200 Early Bird Discount.

Room Accommodations (Junior Suite or Superior Room; the limited number of Junior Suites will be allocated on a first come, first served basis)
Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Snacks (Grill), and Dinner
All house-brand Beverages and Cocktails
All Taxes and Service Charge
All Resort amenities: 5 Restaurants and 5 Bars, 1 Mile White Sand Beach, 2 Fresh Water Pools, Gym, 4 Tennis Courts lit for night play, Basketball and Netball Courts, Hammock Lounge
During time-off: Exercise Classes, Non-motorized Watersports, Nightly Entertainment

* A tax agreement between Antigua and the USA allows U.S. corporations to claim tax concessions for business meetings and conventions in Antigua.

Credit Card payments can be made through the PayPal option.

Payments may be made by PayPal, probably one of the safest, securest and easiest ways of making a payment.

Companies may make a bank transfer to our bank account.
Possible bank charges for the transfer are the responsibility of the participant.

We do not accept cheques.


PAYMENT POLICY

The full registration fee of is payable in advance 45 days before the start of a retreat and must be paid in US Dollars. Your payment is necessary to confirm your enrolment.


REGISTRATION

The number of participants will be limited. Registration is conditional to the fact that the limit number has not been reached. We encourage you to enroll as early as possible to be able to participate!

CONFIRMATION AND INVOICE

After submitting your registration, you will receive registration confirmation and invoice by email, or you can print an invoice (PDF) on-line.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel for any reason, you must notify us in writing. Substitution of participants may be made at any time.
Cancellations received 30 days or more before the seminar are subject to a $100 cancellation charge.
Cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to the first day of the seminar will be subject to a $500 cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 15 weeks prior to the first day of the seminar will not be entitled to any refund. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel are liable for the entire registration fee.
Please note: Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

Should any Retreat have to be cancelled or postponed for any reason, registered participants will be notified and the registration fee paid will be held on account for a future event or fully refunded if you prefer.
We will not accept responsibility for any consequential costs or expenses incurred by registered participants as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or canceled.


SCHEDULE

While every effort will be made to maintain the schedule exactly as represented, we reserve the right to make changes and substitutions as needed.


PHOTOGRAPHY

We reserve the right to use photographs of any event for future promotions.
Videotaping and/or photography are not allowed without our prior written approval.


SOLICITATION

Solicitation at the event by anyone other than sponsors is strictly prohibited.


TEAM DISCOUNT

Groups of 4 or more (same company, same retreat) receive a 15% discount.
